What a wonderful website you have here. Shipping was extremely quick, faster than I anticipated or needed. I was able to monitor the shipping. The stick looks fantastic. I am extremely happy with my order. The stick looks fantastic and feels comfortable when walking. I didn't want an old fuddy-duddy walking stick and was so happy to see a huge range of fashionable modern designs to choose from! Very well packaged & received in excellent condition. I’d just like to say how pleased I was with your company. I placed an order for a petite walking stick and flexifoot. Both are amazing and the service I received from you was brilliant. I placed an order on a Friday morning and received the goods Saturday lunchtime. I was so excited opening the parcel. I love my stick and flexifoot. The flexifoot is brilliant and such a good idea. I recently bought 2 hurricane sticks ending up having to send them both back as they didn’t flex as they were supposed too. I ordered a ice boot today just in case we get any bad weather. I was a bit embarrassed about using a stick but with my new spotty one I have people stopping and asking about it. I love showing people the advantages of the flexifoot. I have never dealt with a company through work or personally with such good customer service as yourselves thank you and I’ll be buying another walking stick from you soon. |

I very rarely feel compelled to leave feedback for suppliers but I couldn't let the exceptional service I've received go unacknowledged. An hour after placing my first order on standard delivery I received notice that it had been dispatched. The next day it arrived nicely boxed, in pristine condition and cut to length for free. What a superb service. I don't intend to own many walking canes but will certainly return for my future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Many thanks. |

The cane arrived almost at the first minute (I ordered express delivery) in the one hour delivery window. I am very pleased with it and am impressed with the low price and high quality. Customer service is excellent; I sent in a VAT exemption form which was all handled in a courteous and friendly manner. The free cane shortening service is a very nice bonus. Excellent all round. |

I ordered the Ladies Black Hardwood Derby which needed to be shortened. Arrived quickly and carefully packed within 3 days with full tracking of the parcel so I knew within the 1/4 hour when it would be here. It's just perfect and I highly recommend using this company. |

I have just left a message on your blog page and just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed visiting your shop on Friday to choose a walking stick. It was like going into an Aladdin's cave for walking sticks. I felt as though I had gone back in time and such a pleasant experience. Really pleased with this item. My Mum didn't want to use a walking stick the whole stigma that surrounds it but i persuaded her and now she's glad that i did. It's going to help her a lot plus it's nothing like the old wooden canes of old, it's very fashionable and she's very pleased. Thank you |
