Super, beautiful, solid stick. Don't fancy a horrid, basic NHS stick, used by many others and so decided to get one of my very own to help me get around after total right knee replacement at the end of August. Also handy weight for a spot of self defence if so required..

Looks excellent but I made the mistake of not querying a metal 'base'.which leads to a lack of grip when walking on hard surfaces.

Apologies for not responding earlier but the cane was for a birthday gift. My father (91 years and very active) is delighted with his cane which has made walking so much easier. He now keeps up with the great - grandchildren!
