    Dark Twisted Chestnut Knob-Handled Walking Stick

    This is a unisex, dark twisted Chestnut knob handled walking stick. This stunning knob stick has a spiralling shaft of contrasting dark and light spirals. The comfortable and ergonomic knob handle features a shaded handle of dark to light scorched wood finish. Chestnut (Castanaea dentata) is a fast-growing hardwood. It has a similar strength to oak, while being lightweight, making it the perfect choice for stick craft. Sourced from sustainable forests.

    • Length is 95cm (37 1/2")
    • Weight is 300g (10 1/2 oz)
    • The stick diameter at the top just under the handle is 22mm (7/8") and tapers down to 17mm (5/8") at the ferrule end

The stick is very attractive and has a timeless/old appearance, with lovely dark-wood colouring, too. It's lighter than any other stick that I have in my collection. It took me around 1 minute to shorten it by 2 inches and the shoe went back on very easily. The only thing spoils the buying, for me, was that next day delivery was discussed, on the phone, but it didn't come until 2 days later. Everything else, I am delighted about.
