Add more grip with a new rubber tip

Suitable for most sticks, canes or crooks with 22mm external diameter and is a straight-sided, heavy-duty black rubber ferrule with reinforced ringed tread and steel washer insert. These are replacement ferrules for either lost, worn or damaged ferrules from the originals supplied when purchased. Or to use your stick, cane or pole on hard surfaces where none was originally included. Please ensure you order the correct style and diameter to suit your product.(three shown for illustration only)

1. #Dimensions#
   The dimensions of the rubber ferrule are:
   ~ Internal Diameter is 22mm (7/8")
   ~ Widest external diameter is 40mmm
   ~ Length is 52mm
   ~ Weight is 37g
   ~ Will fit most sticks that can take an "RFD22" type rubber ferrule.
2. #Measuring & Shortening#
   We offer a FREE stick shortening service, just enter the length required in the box at checkout. Please note we cannot refund or exchange walking sticks that have been shortened, as these have been personalised for you.
   
   To measure someone for a walking stick, ask them to stand with their weight evenly on both feet, looking straight ahead and with their arms relaxed by their sides. You then need to measure from the floor to the prominent bone of the wrist. This is the length of walking stick required. Please note this is just a rule of thumb. If the person has special needs, they may need to be measured by a medical professional. Alternatively they may have personal preferences for a longer or shorter walking stick.
   
   We measure our sticks from the top curve of the handle, where the palm rests to the bottom of the ferrule. We cut the stick 0.5cm shorter than the length required to allow for the depth of rubber in the ferrule.
3. #Despatch & Delivery#
   We are currently despatching orders received before 12noon on the same day, otherwise they are despatched the following day of receipt of payment. International orders are despatched the next working day from receipt of payment.
   
   Our current prices per consignment for the UK Mainland are shown below but delivery to Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Northern Ireland will be extra and costs will be shown at checkout:
   
   > Standard Delivery is £3.95 (2 to 5 working days from despatch)
   > Express Delivery is £6.95 (1 to 2 working days from despatch)
   > Next Day Mon to Fri Delivery by 12noon is £9.95 (orders have to be placed by 12noon)
   > Saturday or Sunday delivery is £12.95

4. #Despatch & Delivery#
   We are currently despatching orders received before 12:00 on the same day, otherwise they are despatched the following day of receipt of payment (ex. Sat, Sun and Bank Holidays).
   
   International orders are despatched the next working day from receipt of payment.
   
   We have a great delivery price from Yodel and Interlink Express which deliver our walking sticks to all around the UK.
   
   Please be assured we keep the delivery and packaging costs as low as possible, while assuring your order is delivered safely. Our current prices per consignment for the UK Mainland are as follows:
   ~ Standard Delivery by Yodel is £3.95 (3 to 5 working days from despatch)
   ~ Express Delivery by Interlink Express is £6.95 (1-2 working days from despatch)
   ~ Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery is £9.95 by Interlink Express (orders have to be placed by noon)
   Delivery to Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Central London will be extra and costs will be shown at checkout.
   
   If a Courier delivery arrives damaged or crushed, please do not sign for it or sign for it only as damaged container, let us know within 24hrs, so we may arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item and return it to us.
5. #VAT Information#
   For orders being delivered within the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and prices are amended at checkout. All product prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
   
   VAT exemption allows chronically sick or disabled people to buy eligible items at 0% VAT to save them money. To qualify the goods have to be manufactured and designed specifically to suit a disabled person. VAT can only be waived on orthopaedic walking sticks designed solely for the use of the disabled. Therefore standard crooks, derby's, folding canes, country sticks, collectors and speciality canes are NOT eligible for VAT relief. We shall be working through our products to start indicating if a product is eligible for VAT relief, until we are finished please give our customer service team a call if you are unsure if the item you want is eligible.
