I just bought my fourth stick from you having purchased my first just before Christmas and have to say how delighted I am with the quality of the sticks and the service. Each stick is exactly as described, sturdy and beautiful. The latest stick didn’t have a cord already on it so I ordered a separate cord and it arrived already on the stick, fantastic service! Also, have to say how pleased I am that you offer a next day delivery with DPD so I don’t have to worry about missing the delivery.

I’d just like to say how pleased I was with your company. I placed an order for a petite walking stick and flexifoot. Both are amazing and the service I received from you was brilliant. I placed an order on a Friday morning and received the goods Saturday lunchtime. I was so excited opening the parcel. I love my stick and flexifoot. The flexifoot is brilliant and such a good idea. I recently bought 2 hurricane sticks ending up having to send them both back as they didn’t flex as they were supposed too. I ordered a ice boot today just in case we get any bad weather. I was a bit embarrassed about using a stick but with my new spotty one I have people stopping and asking about it. I love showing people the advantages of the flexifoot. I have never dealt with a company through work or personally with such good customer service as yourselves thank you and I’ll be buying another walking stick from you soon.
