DEAR STICK & CANE SHOP FRIENDS

I am sure that you have all been following the latest news with concern and keeping a very close eye on the Coronavirus situation. We just want to keep customers continually updated about our situation and confident in our service at The Stick & Cane Shop.


As I mentioned in our previous update, we closed The Stick & Cane Shop showroom to local visitors until further notice. We are lucky in that we are a family-run business, so we are able to respond to staffing issues more easily than others.

Since the social distancing order was given, myself and my partner Scott have been the only people working in the warehouse despatching orders, while Linda and Alan are still safely working from their homes. We are all doing fine and trying to keep things running as efficiently as possible while following the Government's advice. I am glad we are in a position that we can still send out walking sticks and umbrellas to those who need them.

We are now able to go back to despatching everyday throughout the week. If you have questions, please drop us an email at any time, and our customer line will remain open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. So if you do have need to contact us, we would be delighted to chat with you and help with your orders and questions.

We are committed to delivering your orders on time and making sure you get our beautiful products directly to your door safe and sound.

Royal Mail and our couriers have reassured us that they are still operating as normal with extra public health precautions in place for collecting and delivering your goods safely. The only aspect of delivery that has been affected is that all timed deliveries are still suspended until further notice.

We are grateful for your understanding and patience, and as always, on behalf of everyone here at The Stick & Cane Shop, we would like to say thanks for your ongoing support. It means a lot to us. Our hearts and thoughts are with all of you who are affected. Please stay safe and look out for one another as we get through these weeks together.
